Whitnash - Sold in 48 Hours

After being on the market with a different agent for months in the middle of the recession, Fine Homes came along and sold our property in 48 hours!  Fine Homes clearly had done thorough market research into prices before they visited and were able to explain their recommended pricing without the usual "Estate Agent spin" I had so often heard, they attracted new and real interest and got my house sold.  Their commitment was amazing and I have already recommended them to a friend who was selling her flat, and she got the same results too!

Warwick Gates - Rental

Relocating our family was a hectic experience but trying to let out our house was one headache we really didn't need.  We instructed Fine Homes to let our home and within days it had been let to a company long term.  We don't have to think about a thing as all the paperwork is sorted by them, the referencing, the inventory, the contract and collecting the rent. More than that though they have literally sorted everything without passing any of the stress onto us from meeting workmen for the Gas safety check to replacing a window blind before our tenants moved in. What impressed us most is that it has all happened when they said it would from rental payments to maintenance.  If we have ever wanted to talk to them they are always there, even returning a call in the evening when we requested it.
